Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that time is of the essence. Our fulfilment process begins swiftly, and as such, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
To request a cancellation, email info@mohanjifragrance.com with your order number and a short explanation. We will make every effort to process your request before dispatch. However, if the package has already left our warehouse, your request will be handled as a return instead.

Returns

We accept returns for a refund, replacement, or exchange as long as the return conditions listed below are met.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • We only accept returns for products purchased from www.mohanjifragrance.com.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact info@mohanjifragrance.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A list of the items you’re returning
  • A brief reason for the return

For International Orders

Please contact us first. We will confirm the appropriate returns address based on your location.

Refund Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the return is received and inspected.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If your return included free gifts, these must be sent back as well. If not returned, the value of the gift(s) will be deducted from your refund.
  • We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for items where:
    • Packaging is torn, creased, crushed, or incomplete
    • A noticeable amount of fragrance has been used
  • Returns for items purchased through third-party retailers must be made through the original seller.

Please note: Our 2ml Discovery Sets and individual sample vials are final sale and non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return everything in my order?
Not all items are eligible. Sample vials and 2ml discovery sets are final sale and cannot be returned.

How will I be refunded?
After your return is received and verified, your refund will be credited to the same method used for payment.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We sincerely apologize for any issues. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@mohanjifragrance.com right away. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
